I’ve built a successful running coaching business on the premise that health comes before you ever tie up your running shoes. A sustainable running plan starts with your inner physical health and well-being. From the food you eat to how you breathe, being physically healthy is more than the number of HIIT workouts you do every week. 

I’ve seen elite ultra-marathoners DNF because of poor food habits during races and I’ve watched poor form runners complete races without issue. I truly believe that your inner health is more important and will help you reach your physical goals in a more sustainable way than any Peloton class or generic marathon training plan ever will.
